Written Programs and Authorized Trainer:

Certain OSHA standards such as Respiratory Protection, Confined Space Entry, Hazard Communication and Process Safety Management require written programs and employee training. Working with you, Compliance Solution can help design and implement custom made programs. Compliance Solution can provide on site training sessions to save your employees’ time and travel expenses. Compliance Solution is one of the authorized OSHA construction industry outreach trainers in Hawaii.

Case Review:

Compliance Solution can help you if you get cited and fined by OSHA or State OSHA. Working with you or your lawyer, Compliance Solution can review evidence, citations, pictures and other legal documents to help you prepare for the case. Compliance Solution can also be the expert witness.

Monitoring, Sampling, Indoor Air Quality and Mold:

Compliance Solution can conduct various kinds of testing in your facilities. We monitor for noise exposure, heat stress, and ventilation system. We also sample for different kinds of airborne hazardous chemicals using OSHA standard procedures. We also conduct indoor air quality as well as mold investigation.

Work Plan Review and Approval:

Sometimes, a construction contract esp. with the federal government, requires a CIH approved safety and health work plan. We can review and approve your plan within hours.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Compliance Solution LLC will provide a client a refund after deducting applicable laboratory fees if Compliance Solution LLC has failed to carry out the scope of work as agreed on the proposal letter. Refund request must be submitted in writing and backed by sufficient evidence. The request must be received within the fourteen days after the client received the report. Cancellation notice received more than 14 days prior to the project start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of $200. Cancellation of the project 14 days prior to the project start date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the project fee. Cancellation of the project 7 days prior to the project start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the project fee. All cancellation notices should be in writing.
